Kick back and relax in this cozy, stylish space. Bring your fishing pole as we are located on the Battenkill River. Walk up the driveway to the Sugar Shack for delicious treats and Ramuntos for a pizza and a beer. You could also just stay and relax on our patio nestled in the maple trees of VT. This ground floor apartment was just recently renovated and is located 10 minutes to the village of Manchester, 20 min to Bennington, 25-40 min to ski areas and only 50 min to Saratoga, NY! The space Our apartment is attached to our home but is its own private space. The main living space is one open room with the kitchen and living room open to views of the backyard through the 8 foot sliding glass door. The two bedrooms and bathroom are off of the main room. There is a small step up into the second bedroom and the bathroom. All of the spaces are at ground floor level. The spiral staircase is decorative only. The patio is for the apartment rental only. The backyard spans the length of our home and the property (4 acres) extends 200 yards back to the Battenkill River. The yard is generally private except for people occasionally entering the home. We do have 2 friendly golden retrievers who are contained in a fenced area off of our home which can be seen from the backyard. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment as well as the patio and backyard. They may also access the Battenkill River by way of a path that runs through the property.
