Bedrooms on the different floors are far enough away, so rooms on different floors don’t affect each other. Blackout curtains are also provided in each bedroom. High-speed Wi-Fi & Netflix TV are provided and Kitchen is equipped with full kitchenware, big refrigerator, dishwasher, Coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster. A nearby convenience store (opens 8:00 am – 11:00 pm) is for any other needs. Bus transportation closed to the house connecting to Red line of “WEGO” bus that travels all over Niagara Falls. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except the locked storage spaces). • Free High-Speed Internet Wi-Fi access • Netflix TV • Maximum 3 Free Parking in the driveway (No street or road-side parking) • Large fenced rear yard equipped with Bonfire & Summer furniture • Clothing Washer & Dryer are available in the clean and dry basement. But it's unfinished. Please use them with caution. • There is a security camera in the unfinished basement, where the furnace, gas water heater, sump pump, and washer/dryer are located. The camera is used solely to monitor the equipment for any water leaks or safety concerns. Other things to note Kindly take out the trash and recyclables according to the local collection schedule. To find your pickup days: 1. Go to Google and search “Niagara Falls waste collection schedule.” 2. From the first search result, open the official schedule page. 3. Enter the address “6548 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls” to view the exact collection dates. Garbage bins are at back door. Please ensure that all trash and recyclables are placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on your designated collection day (normally Wednesday). Items can be set out the night before after 5 p.m. ​ Household Supplies: While we have provided some initial daily consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent, as a long-term tenant, you still need to prepare your own daily personal consumable. A convenience store named as "Montrose Variety" is just on the opposite street. You can get some daily essentials there. We’ve also provided basic bedding and towels, but we recommend bringing your own for added comfort and personal preference. There may be light snow or ice buildup during the winter. As a long-term tenant, please clear it as needed to keep the area safe.
