Self-contained studio in Broken Head. Ideal for couples or singles looking for a private and relaxing holiday in our little corner of paradise. Wake up to the spacious views over the neighbour's farm and enjoy the privacy of your own carpark and courtyard. We are a 10 minute drive to the centre of Byron, 4 minutes to Broken Head beach and 4 minutes to Suffolk Park. We love our home and we hope you do too! The space -Entirely detached from the main dwelling on the property -Light-filled stylish interiors -Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, and comfortable king-sized bed -Ceiling fan and dual system heating/cooling -Washing machine and dryer -Fast Starlink WiFi and smart TV -Private courtyard with northern views over the neighbouring farm -The ideal base to explore the natural beauty of the Northern Rivers Guest access -Self check-in -Private carpark Other things to note Road noise: We live on an 80km/h road and there is consistent road noise so if you are sensitive to noise then this is definitely not the place for you. Also, please note that you cannot walk anywhere from our place so you will need a car. Property layout & other residents: The studio is attached to our garage. We do our best to reduce noise coming from the garage. We have housemates living in the eastern wing of the main house a well as in the tiny home. They share the driveway with us but reside about 30m from the Airbnb studio. If you need us we live through the wooden gate in the western wing of the main house. Wildlife: As we are a rural property there may be some insects that you are not used to. These are generally harmless but we have insect spray under the sink and insect repellant in the second drawer. Please keep the front door closed to prevent insects coming into the studio. We occasionally have snakes on the property. We do our best to clear the grass around the studio but snakes are an unavoidable part of living in the bush. Please be snake-wise and let us know ASAP if you spot a snake. Pets: If you are travelling with a pet please read the house rules on pets prior to booking. Registration Details PID-STRA-65404
