The villa is located in a quiet place in the middle of nature, in a peaceful Provençal village, less than 15 km from the Mediterranean Sea in the golden triangle between Nice, Cannes and Grasse. Guests can enjoy a magnificent infinity pool in a beautiful Mediterranean garden. You will also enjoy optimal comfort thanks to air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as in the living and dining area. The space The villa is located in a quiet natural area in the heart of a 4,000 m² Mediterranean landscaped garden. You can walk from the house to go for a jog or a walk in the heart of nature. Parking is easy and free in a private area, closed by a gate with a digital code. The property is completely non-smoking. It includes a large air-conditioned living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, and three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed of at least 160 × 200 cm. You will have two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and double sink, and the other with a shower and sink, as well as two separate toilets on the ground floor and upstairs. Guest access The property also has a separate 2-room apartment of 40 m2 with an annex of 7 m2 that are not included in the rental and will be occupied during the period. The occupants of the 2 rooms have their own access and do not access the terrace/pool/Jacuzzi area of the main house.
