Beautiful house located in the Lomas del Sol condominium, surrounded by nature and very close to beautiful beaches. This place is designed for both those who want to relax in a peaceful environment and enjoy nature, and for those who seek adventure and travel to our famous beaches. We are excited to welcome people from different parts of the world to show them the Tropical Dry Forest of Guanacaste and the wonderful beaches that Costa Rica has to offer. The space The house is located in the Lomas del Sol condominium, with 24/7 private security, a social area with a large swimming pool, ranches, and changing rooms, which offers guests the security and comforts they deserve to enjoy a quiet vacation in contact with nature. The terrace of the house faces a wooded area where it is common to see and hear Mantled Howler monkeys. The house has 3 rooms available for our guests, for a maximum capacity of 8 people. The main room has a Queen-Size bed, an individual bathroom and a large closet where you can place all your belongings. The other 2 rooms have capacity for 4 people each, both have a Full bed, a bunk bed with two single beds and a shelf. It is important to mention that these 2 rooms share a bathroom. Those bedrooms are located in a separate area from the common area (composed of the living room, dining room and kitchen), for added privacy and comfort. The house is close to the beautiful beaches that make Costa Rica very attractive to foreigners, such as Playa Frijolar (1.5 km from the house), Playa Pitahaya (1 km), Playa San Juanillo (7 km), Ostional (14 km), Junquillall, Avellana, Tamarindo, Conchal, Flamingo, and much more. What can you visit. The beaches that we mention are indicated for those who practice surfing or other water activities. Guest access The entire house is available for you to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare seafood that you can buy at the artisanal fish market in Playa San Juanillo and Playa Lagarto, both 7 km from the house.
