Our Gorgeous Home is in the heart of Vegas where is newly built and is truly a gem for family and friends to relax and get together!! ❤️❤️ We offer FAST Wifi, a 50TV & much more. Walking distance to Target, Kohl's, BOA, Wells Fargo, & so many restaurants. 3 mins to Silverton Casino Hotel 5 mins to Las Vegas Welcome Sign/Mandalay Bay/Town Square 10 mins to LAS Airport/ STIPE 🛣️ 15 mins to UNLV/ Convention center/Chinatown The space We put a lot of effort on designing layout, keep it nice and try to offer as much as we can to exceed a 5 stars hospitality level of the quality. We want our guests to have the best experience and the most comfortable of stays. Air mattress is a 20" thick Queen Air mattress. Guest access Master bedroom is on the third floor. There are other tenants living next door. You will NOT have access to the first floor where the another guest suite is. Kitchen & Laundry room will ONLY be available when your reservation is 5 days or longer. You do NOT have access to Kitchen or laundry room if your reservation is shorter than 5 days. During your stay I will be really flexible, so I can help my guest right away. Other things to note Welcome to our HOME in Vegas!! Please remember this is a HOME, NOT a hotel or party house!!
