Spacious and bright, this villa with no opposite neighbors is ideal for families or friends. In a quiet area set back from the street. The house is rented in its entirety (only an annex is locked) the pool is of course private! Parking for up to 4 cars in the private driveway. You can arrive whenever you want, there is a lockbox! The house is 5 minutes by bike from the city center and 10 minutes by bike from the first beach (bike path). The space There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom! A great stay: Bright south-facing living space of 56 m2 with kitchenette, dining room and living room including 2 large sofas, armchairs, coffee table and a bookcase full of books and comics. you will find games in the large antique cabinet. The kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. Outdoor: - Large south-facing terrace in wood and concrete slab (tiling planned for September) with an awning. - the heated pool (3 x 7.5 x 1.40 deep) is secured by a roller shutter. Heated from May 1 to September 30, you don't need to do anything, everything is automatic. - Gas plancha with lid under the porch - Brazier for evenings, wood is provided. Under the shed you will find some old bikes that you can use. Guest access You can arrive whenever you want! There's a lockbox. IMPORTANT: IN JULY AND AUGUST THE HOUSE IS RENTED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 NIGHTS; 20% DISCOUNT IF RENTED BY THE WEEK;
