4-bedroom villa with pool near Paris

Our family home welcomes you next summer near Paris and the forest. It is an architect's house that is characterized by its large bay windows and the light that reigns inside. The light, the proximity to the garden and the heated pool make our house a unique place! The space Located in a quiet area, it is a 145 m² architect's house, with a 1000 m² garden and a 4.60 x 6.60 m swimming pool. On the ground floor are the 38 m² living room with 2 sofas, armchairs, Charlotte Perriand chaise longue, hidden TV and sound system, a piano, and the open kitchen, as well as a master suite, with hidden TV as well, 160 cm bed, desk area, and bathroom with closed walk-in shower. We love to cook, you will find everything you need to prepare good meals here! On the first floor, the bedrooms of the 4 children, one of which will be closed to store our personal belongings. The first bedroom has a 90 cm bed, the next a 120 cm bed, and the 3rd a 90 cm bed on the mezzanine, and a bathroom with shower. The 1st floor as well as the ground floor is equipped with a toilet, and a bathroom with double sink and bathtub. The house has a basement that will remain accessible for the use of the washing machine and dryer. The city center and shops are 500 m away, and the train station is 750 m away. The train ride to Paris takes about 25 minutes. The house is located 850 m from the edge of the Montmorency Forest, which is a place for walking, running (a large Trail race is organized there every year in December), finally, the mountain bike trails there are endless! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the closed room for storage and the second part of the cellar. A courtyard in front of the house allows you to park 2 or 3 cars. Other things to note The pool is secured by an alarm, but does not have a circular barrier.
