Additionally, there's ample free street parking available, ensuring hassle-free arrangements for your stay. Note: Guests staying 30+ nights must complete a background check prior to reservation approval. No laundry in house. The backyard is still under construction and only can be used for parking for special event. Street Parking free (Watch street cleaning sign) USC - 12 min by driving, 24 min by bus. UCLA - 40 min by driving. LA Down Town - 15 min by driving. Hollywood - 20 min by driving. Other things to note - Please note that the backyard is currently undergoing renovations and is temporarily unavailable. It serves as additional parking space for special events. We appreciate your understanding. - Failure to return keys will result in a $50 charge. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper for arrival. For the remainder of your stay, guests are kindly asked to purchase any additional supplies they may need.
