The space This studio is equipped with a double bed or with the possibility of having 2 single beds depending on availability, a full bathroom, a desk, a separate storage unit and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction stove top, fridge, microwave, plates and utensils for 2 people. This studio is ideal for 1 to 2 people wanting to have everything at their fingertips. The laundry room is equipped with washing machines & dryers at your disposal for a fee and a personal account will need to be created. Washing powder/liquid is not provided. A mailbox is provided for long-term stays. Guest access The entire apartment is your own during your stay. Other things to note Pictures are for guidance only and show the design & furnishing style of different apartments. Parking is available on the property upon request. Please note that a copy of all guests' national ID/passport is required for the check-in procedure and needs to be emailed prior to arrival. Security Deposit – The amount may differ depending on the apartment you select upon booking. If any damage is done to the apartment, you may be charged for those damages. The tourist tax is payable upon arrival through Airbnb and is CHF 3.10 per person per night.
