House in a medieval village

At the foot of the Cévennes, in the Haut-Languedoc Nature Park, the "Oustal del arca" welcomes you, sheltered from the tumult of the coast, a few minutes from the Espinouse massif and vineyards, less than 1 hour from beaches and lakes. Located in the heart of Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare, on the Way of St. James, ideal for hiking. In a pedestrian street without shops, it enjoys the calm of the countryside while having a bakery, grocery store and restaurants within 3 minutes' walk. The space After the front door, a staircase allows you to access the floor where there are on the right: 1 independent bedroom at the back (140 cm bed), a bedroom in a row (140 cm bed) isolated from the hallway by a curtain, an independent bathroom, a toilet. On the other side of the staircase is the kitchen, a dining room and then the living room (located on the arch passing over the street) in which there is an alcove with a 140 cm bed (door between living room and kitchen). A shaded terrace of 21 m2 at the end of the living room will allow you to enjoy the view of the village and the medieval castle, in the middle of the oleanders. Here everything is focused on sharing and "disconnecting", so: - no wifi but possibility to connect for free to the wifi of the Cévenole house by going just to the end of the street (reading emails) - no TV but possibility to watch cartoons, movies or documentaries with the family (comedy, nature theme...) with a TV screen and DVD player, books and board games available.
