The space guests have access to the entire unit; on the first floor there is a large eat in kitchen and dining room which adjoins the great room. that room features a large stone fireplace, with sliding doors that lead to a deck and the rear yards. There is a master suite with attached bathroom and private deck on first floor, and the bedroom, dining room/kitchen, and great room, all have their own split system AC units in addition to central heat for comfort. there is also a powder room on the first floor located in the entrance way for convenience. the lower level has 3 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a recreation room with ping pong table, a steam sauna, laundry room and a walk out entrance to rear yard. this level also has a split system AC unit in addition to central heat. Guest access there is ample parking on the property and the driveway pulls right up to a covered porch to make loading and unloading fairly easy, even in bad weather. there are only 3 steps the deck and the front door opens to a spacious foyer, with benches and storage "cubbies" and hooks which are especially useful for ski gear. the area is well lit, and we have easy to access remote door locks with backup if necessary.
