My place is walking distance to the bus, which can take you to the nearest Metro station (Largo), or just a five minute Uber or drive there. I'm ten minutes from the New Carrollton Metro, and six minutes from I-495. My home is close to shopping, restaurants, and FedEx Field (for football, concerts & events). You’ll love my place because of the ambiance. I hope it's comfortable for you, but tell me your needs. This is a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers/students. The space The room is a cool, basement space with a music theme. It's perfect for working or just winding down after a long day. Relax in your own quiet getaway, a cozy area away from the other living areas of the home. You determine when you're ready to wake up. The bathroom is right next door to the bedroom, and has a shower, toilet, and vanity. No one other than you has access to the bathroom. Guest access Enjoy an evening on the deck in the courtyard in front of a fire. My home is setup for you to unwind and relax. DC is a quick 20 minute drive or take the Metro and be there in 25 minutes and ignore looking for parking. During your stay I'm available to interact or answer your questions as little or as much as you would like, however you're most comfortable. Additional guests beyond the two allowed are at the host's discretion and are an additional $25 per person, per night. Any visitors of guests are also at the host's discretion. Please get permission BEFORE inviting friends. Other things to note DOG on premises. The room is serviced for cleaning biweekly. There's a coffee and tea bar available for you everyday, and snacks and breakfast bars as well. Guests may use the home's refrigerator to store items, and cooking for your individual needs in the kitchen area is, of course, okay. Just please be sure to clean up after yourself.
