If you looking for the perfect tiny home to explore the Scottish Highlands, Orion’s Cabin is for you. Sitting in the grounds of Orion Lodge, Orion’s Cabin has the same stunning views, overlooking the Grey Corries, Aonach Mor and the Leanachan Forrest. Ideal for couples with a love of the outdoors. The area offers many outdoor activities such as downhill biking, skiing, climbing, mountaineering, stunning scenic walks, fishing and lots more. The space Our Cabin has Scottish larch exterior cladding, the interior uses wood locally and ethically sourced wood from the surrounding area and hand crafted locally. The insulation is 100% pure sheep wool. The outdoor space has patio with a picnic bench and outdoor furniture. There is a small, well-equipped kitchen area which includes a 2 plate hob, microwave with integrated oven / grill, kettle, toaster and under counter fridge. Sink & Drainer. Washer /Dryer. Double cabin style bed Separate Bathroom with Toilet, Wash basin, Large shower, Heated towel rail. Living/ Dining area with comfortable sofa; TV, Wifi Dining area with seating and table Electric background heating Guest access Orion Cabin shares the entrance and large parking area with Orion Lodge. Please use the marked space for the cabin, which will accommodate 1- 2 cars. The Cabin has it's own patio area, please refrain from entering the garden belonging to Orion Lodge. Other things to note The West Highland Train Line runs adjacent to the property which is recognised as one of the most scenic rail journeys in the world. There are 4 scheduled trains that pass each day from Glasgow/Fort William (first at 08:00am and last 10:00 pm and possibly 2 freight trains in between, it is not a busy line and has a slow speed limit, and if you are lucky you might see the Jacobite Steam Train (Harry Potter Train) or the Royal Scotsman passing by. Please keep in mind that we have neighbours. We kindly ask you to keep the noise to a respectable level at all times. Thank You.
