Welcome to our spacious top-floor, south-facing room, overlooking a peaceful garden. Located on a quiet no-through road, this room features a versatile 6ft bed, which can be configured as a double or two singles upon request. The room includes a private en suite shower room, flat-screen TV, and access to WiFi. Guests are also welcome to enjoy cable TV in the sitting room. As an interior designer, I’ve created a space that blends comfort with style, including a lovely south-facing garden with outdoor seating that guests are welcome to enjoy. This spacious top-floor bedroom is located on a quiet no-through road, just a 5-minute walk from Wimbledon Mainline Station, offering a quick 15-minute train ride into Waterloo. It’s also a short walk to Wimbledon Village, the Common, and the All England Tennis Club. The room features a large 6ft double bed and a private en suite shower room. We provide breakfast and, as lifelong Londoners, are happy to offer tips and directions for exploring the city. Guest access Kitchen/dining room (no cooking I am afraid). I don’t allow take aways to be brought back to the house and I expect all meals other than breakfast to be eaten out. No access to put things in the fridge unless by prior arrangement. Guests are welcome to relax in the conservatory, which overlooks the garden and features a 40-inch cable TV with all channels. Alternatively, you can enjoy the cozy living room, perfect for quiet reading. Feel free to make tea or coffee whenever you like and unwind in the garden. Other things to note We are a no smoking house and we have a no pet policy. We can arrange parking either on or off road for an extra £10 per day or part day.
