B&B 53 m2 private suite

The B&B, a 53m2 suite, is situated near the picturesque town of Paimpol and Tréguier, the beautiful beaches of the Lézardrieux peninsula, the pink granite coast and Bréhat island. It has its own private entrance, a lounge, an equipped dining area where breakfast is served and where you can eat your own food, and a mezzanine double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, all overlooking the large, pretty garden. We offer a choice of 7 different types of breakfast. The space The suite is part of, but totally independent from the rest of the traditional Breton stone house. It is ideal for couples, families or people working away from home who might be looking for a little more privacy than other B&Bs offer. The dining/lounge area is well equipped, including a large table, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery and silver ware. We offer fast free wifi and a comfortable work space. Children can enjoy a large, pretty garden and our pets. You can also enjoy fresh free range eggs. Guest access The guests are totally free to use their own bedroom, bathroom and private sitting/dining room. They can also enjoy the garden which is a shared space with our family and pets. During your stay We both stay at home, so we are always on hand to ensure that you have the best possible stay. We love Brittany and everything it offers : walks, beaches, historical sites, towns, restaurants... We're happy to tell you about all our favourite places. Situated in the heart of the Lézardrieux peninsula we are only ten minutes by car from the nearest beaches.These fantastic beaches are perfect for relaxing and swimming, with shallow and calm water which attracts families with small children. The two picturesque towns of Paimpol and Tréguier are only ten minutes by car. The pink granite coast and Bréhat island are also in our locality. Our neighbourhood offers great walking and cycling opportunities. The ancient linen farming pools ( “routoirs à lin”) can be explored from footpaths directly from the house. We are in easy reach of the beautiful Roche Jagu chateau and gardens, the historical town of Pontrieux ,and the river Trieux which offers river boat trips. Other things to note We like to share with our guests our eco-friendly approach. That's why, just like in our own home, the B&B's bathroom is equipped with comfortable professionally made interior dry toilet facilities. Being a bilingual French /English couple we find it a pleasure to share our multiculture, enabling us to converse with and meet the needs of all guests.
