The place is an apartment beachfront property with a fully-furnished units (for transient only). The unit includes: * 2 bedrooms w/ aircon * 1 bathroom (with heater) * a sala * Kitchen w/ basic cooking utensils (pots, pans, rice cooker) * Dining table and utensils (glasses, plates, spoons and fork) * refrigerator * electric fan * electric kettle * wifi The space Estro's place is a beachfront apartment. It is just a few minutes walk to the Surfing Area estimated 200 meters away from the place. It is a clean and quite place with a parking space. The view from the unit is breath-taking where you can watch the sunset while relaxing. Guests can use the kitchen for cooking. There is also a common grilling area and gazebo to be used by guests. Guest access Guests can access the gazebo located at the garden as well as the grilling and outside shower area. Guests have a private parking space. Other things to note The unit is located at the ground floor. It is already exclusive to the guest once it is booked.
