Guest access Guests at our homestay will have exclusive access to the property which includes the following: Bedrooms: Enjoy full privacy and comfort in both spacious bedrooms, each equipped with cozy bedding and storage space for your belongings. Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom, complete with modern amenities such as showers, toiletries, and fresh towels. Additional Room: To ensure maximum comfort for larger groups, we are delighted to provide an additional room featuring a sofa-cum-bed and a work space table. This versatile space is designed to cater to your needs, whether it’s for extra sleeping arrangements or a quiet area to work or unwind. For bookings of 5 or more guests, this room will be included in your stay at a nominal additional charge, ensuring ample space and convenience for everyone. These charges will automatically appear when you select 5 or more guests while booking on the Airbnb app. We value family-friendly stays, so rest assured, children under 10 years of age stay free and are not counted toward the extra guest charges. Our goal is to provide a seamless and personalized experience, ensuring every guest feels at home during their time with us. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals at their convenience. It features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, basic cooking utensils, and dining essentials. Living Area: Relax in the stylish living area furnished with comfortable seating—a perfect spot to unwind, watch TV, or socialize. Outdoor Space: The villa offers outdoor areas where guests can enjoy fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Parking: Guests have access to in-house parking space, providing convenience and security for vehicles. Our guests will have complete freedom to use these amenities throughout their stay, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Amritsar. Other things to note The care taker uses the same stairs as the house guests. There are cameras present in the property, one covers the exterior and the main entrance, the second is for the driveway and garden. We provide cleaning once before you check in, no cleaning services are provided during stay. Note: Our property is cared for by a dedicated caretaker who lives on-site with his wife and children. They use the same staircase within the house but are only available during check-in and check-out to assist you with a smooth arrival and departure. The caretaker and his family respect your privacy and will not disturb you during your stay. Any additional services requested from the caretaker can be arranged for a small extra charge, ensuring your needs are met while maintaining a peaceful and private experience for you. House Rules for Guests: 1. Check-in and Check-out Timings: - Check-in: 2:00 PM - Check-out: 12:00 PM - Late check-out will incur additional charges based on the number of hours extended. Please inform us in advance to confirm availability. - Early check-in can also be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. 2. Cleaning Services: - A complimentary cleaning service is provided at check-in to ensure a pleasant stay. - For daily cleaning or utensil washing, additional charges apply. Please notify us in advance if you need these services. - Bed linens and towels will be changed after every 4 days. 3. Caretaker’s Role and Services: - The caretaker is available to manage property-related tasks, such as opening and closing the doors. - Any personal or extra services requested from the caretaker will be chargeable. - Upon check-out, please hand over the room keys to the caretaker. 4. Electricity and Security: - We kindly request guests to switch off all electrical appliances and lights before leaving the premises. - For security reasons, please ensure that rooms are locked when stepping out. Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. 5. No Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. We kindly request all guests to respect this rule to maintain a healthy environment. 6. Breakfast Service: - Breakfast is available on special request, with prior notice required at least one day in advance. Additional charges apply.
