Built in 2023, the house is 99% finished (there are still a few bits that need doing!) but for a family or group getaway, we hope you’ll agree that it’s perfect. Four good sized bedrooms (two en-suite and two as kids rooms - both double beds). Large open plan kitchen and dining area. Newly landscaped garden and south facing sunken patio - an absolute sun-trap. The village centre, shop and harbour/beach is a short walk away. The space Recently built, the house is a great space for a group or family stay. Four double bedrooms (one is a super king, one king and two are doubles), two with en-suite. Large open plan entertaining space in the kitchen/dining area which flows out to the sunken patio. There’s also a tv snug tucked away. As said, the place was recently built so isn’t 100% finished but we love it so hope you will too - some bits still need paint and things to grow in the garden - you’ll spot some of this in the photos!). We are updating the photos as things get finished. One thing, the garage/utility is not included so you won’t have access to a washer/dryer, nor is the study. Guest access The entire house, minus the master bedroom, and garage/utility. Other things to note Please note that we have some great neighbours however I wouldn’t expect them to be keen on loud music/noise at night. We ask that you (of course!) respect this. Also, you won’t have access to the study and garage/utility therefore no washer/dryer or the outside shower I’m afraid.
