Typical Dutch city 30s home. Light, clean and comfortable. While the living rooms have a typical Dutch 30s atmosphere, the kitchen, bathroom are new. Cllimb 4 stairs, and the sight over Groningen is marvellous from our roof terrace: a lovely quiet and private place to enjoy in summer time. Supermarket/shops around the corner, train station at 15 m walk. Parking: 5 euro a day. Not suitable for groups of friends: neighbours. Please don't apply. The house is stylishly furnished with new furniture and there is access to kitchen equipment, towels, and of course beds for 4 people. One bedroom has a single bed with a tv incl Netflix, on the same life as the living room. Upstairs there's two more bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and tvmonitor, and one with a 160 bed and enough room for a second bed (floor mattress). The bathroom is lovely, with a spacious bathtub and separate spacious shower It is about a 30-minute walk to the city center (5 mins to bus stop), 15 to Europapark station, but our Helpman neighborhood also has its own cozy shopping center. A swimming pool and basic fit are just around the corner. The house has a reasonably private playground behind the house, where you can see the children well. The house is not suitable for (friends)groups who are looking for a cozy evening at home: after 10 pm to 11 pm there is silence in the living room and roof terrace due to the neighbors.
