Room at Caroline's, just like home

Welcome home! You will have a room in a bright, quiet, central and convenient accommodation. I'm here or not, it depends; I can advise you in any case :) The furniture is zen, composed of plants, light and wood. It feels great. You and I share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen/dining room. You'll have space in the fridge to put your things as needed. In your room you have storage spaces for you. The space The accommodation is very pleasant to stay in. There is always light because we are on the 6th floor, with an unobstructed view and it is a crossing apartment. All amenities are there (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, iron, bathtub...) There are two elevators. We have multiple parks, including one, downstairs from my home, which has one of the two Paris spring water fountains! Magical! We are in a very village neighborhood, Marx Dormoy, right next to a beautiful market under old halls at the Eiffel, and the neighborhood is rich in varied cultures and scenery, 2 minutes from metro 12, which leads to Concorde/The Louvre, The Latin Quarter and others..., above a supermarket and 2 minutes from a market, swimming pool, bookstore, 10 minutes from the Canal de l'Ourcq and 15 from the Canal St Martin. Enjoy the neighborhood or elsewhere to enjoy Paris. I am very invested in the neighborhood and would be happy to share the hidden gems of the neighborhood with you if you wish. I am an artist and welcome you to my home, as a friend. In return, I expect you to respect the rules and that we can live together. The common areas, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are to be left in the condition in which you find them. Note: - We live in this apartment year-round. Thank you for taking care of our living space and personal belongings. - Please do not place your luggage or bags directly on the bedding - The apartment is non-smoking I am of course at your disposal for any further information. Guest access We'll work it out. During your stay There is always someone there when guests arrive, and I am available by phone or present during the stay as well. I am an artist and work either next door or at home but am always available to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. I'm happy to share some good neighborhood tips and chat!
