Winter or summer, Horsetooth Reservoir is a great place for your getaway! You'll love the relaxing atmosphere here! The Reservoir is just yards away for boating, skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing in the summer! Winter offers a peaceful reprieve from a busy world! Enjoy beautiful trails in the adjacent Soderberg Open Space! Large, well-stocked kitchen! Weber grill! Outdoor gas firepit! Hot tub! Loads of parking! Old Towne is 8 miles away for excellent food & shopping! The space The spacious master bedroom and bath are on the second floor. The other three bedrooms and second bath are on the main floor. The bedroom with a twin is very cozy with just room for a twin, dresser, and one person. You'll have the use of a large deck plus a patio with a gas fireplace and grill! We have high speed internet for those who are working! Verizon and other phone services are excellent here. For those that aren't, you can connect your phone to the wi-fi. Our Xfinity tv service offers every sports show, movie, tv show imaginable! We also have an apple box if you prefer streaming. We provide 4 complimentary paddleboards, a kayak, and water tubes for your convenience! Feel free to bring your own also. Please bring your own life vests that fit your children perfectly. We are no longer able to provide all sizes due to them disappearing. Guest access Our long, pull through driveway is perfect for guests who are arriving in different vehicles. It's great to if you are pulling a boat! Other things to note Our driveway, patio, and entry are on the opposite side of your house. We never interrupt or come over unless you call us. If you see a vehicle in the driveway off of Irene Way, feel free to come over to our entry off of Irene Way!
