Welcome to The Uptique Loft managed by Steve and Miranda. Our stylish loft space is located in the heart of downtown, just steps away from the city's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Enjoy a spacious layout with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, sizable living area, and cozy bedroom. Take in the city views right from the dining room table through the large bay window. Perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay, The Uptique Loft is your ideal urban retreat. The space This apartment has been 100% renovated while still holding on the the rich history of the building. While this building was a manufacturing facility in the 1800's, it now boasts a feel of luxury downtown living. You can see and experience all of the downtown attractions right from the brand new bay window overlooking the street. The bedroom is located in the back of the unit and does not have a window so you do not have to contend with the downtown lighting while trying to get a good nights sleep. There are additional sheets and blankets in both the bedroom closet as well as in the chaise lounge that lifts for storage. The two TV's are both smart TV's that you can sign into your favorite streaming service, or enjoy the Vizio Watchfree app that has over 100 channels to choose from. Guest access Guests can check in anytime after 3PM using a smart lock with a 4 digit code provided via email within 24 hours of check-in. We do ask that you respect not only our space but the Opal and Olive Boutique which is located directly below. We do not allow pets and while we are not "baby proof" there is not too much to worry about with small children. This is an upstairs apartment and those that have a hard time navigating stairs may find it difficult. The staircase is almost 6 feet wide with 2 handrails to assist with the climb. Other things to note While there is no dedicated parking for the unit, there are several well lit parking lots very near by. There is also parking directly in front of the building for overnight parking. We do ask that you not park there during business hours as there is a 2-hour parking limit on the street.
