Discover the Owi holiday home, lovingly named after our "Uncle William". It is situated in a picturesque landscape, surrounded by an 8,000 m² garden. With its old oaks, pines and a variety of fruit trees, it is an oasis of peace and naturalness. Situated right on the edge of a forest, you can unwind here, recharge your batteries and go on excursions in the surrounding area. The pool and ground floor are suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space The house is designed for eight people. It consists of two floors, each with two bedrooms (2 people each), a bathroom (bath, shower and WC) and a living room. On the ground floor there is an additional separate WC, a kitchen and a wood-burning stove. The house also has 3 terraces: East, south and west terraces. The covered south-facing terrace has an outdoor fireplace. All rooms on the ground floor and the terraces are accessible and usable for guests with reduced mobility. LIVING HOUSE: - 250 m² living space + 50 m² covered terrace, sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, 1 kitchen) POOL and SAUNA: Private pool with sauna house and WC, table tennis table GROUNDS: 8,000 m² plot Guest access The detached house is exclusively available to guests. Additional free use of: - own pool - own sauna - own car park - tennis court/basketball court - boules court - bicycles - birdwatching stand - Fishing pond with boat Other things to note The house and garden are wheelchair-accessible: - the ground-level living area is stepless, the door openings are at least 80 cm wide - The showers are wheelchair-accessible, the washbasins are wheelchair-accessible and equipped with a large mirror that extends to the edge of the washbasin - wheelchair-accessible WC, which can also be accessed from the right (when standing in front of the WC). It has a small hand shower. In the pool/sauna house, the toilet is raised and can be accessed from the left. On site we have: - a WC/shower wheelchair, - small shower stools - fixed grab rails as well as grab rails with suction cups that can be attached to tiled walls as required.
