SEASONAL HOME Lake Champlain on Willsboro Point in Buena Vista Park. BVP is a 1.5 mile loop that has 2 beaches, neighborhood feel, great for kids and bike riding. Included with the house is a private lakefront lot with 45 feet of lakefront with a dock. Easy access to Vt on the Essex-Charlotte Ferry, close to Ausable Chasm and Lake Placid Nearby restaurants and beaches. Ideal for one family, if you need a place for 3 families to crash, The Little Red House is not for you. We sleep 6 maximum The space 3 bedrooms 1 bath with a new shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with queen on the bottom, single on top. Living room, kitchen and a front porch with awesome views of Vt. Guest access We have a maximum of 6 guests with plenty of beds.The cot on the porch is a great spot to nap but is not a bed and should not be used as a bed Other things to note We have a strict maximum of 6 guests. Ideal for one family. If you have 3 families, with Auntie Gert, coming up Wednesday, but only for a few days, who want to invade 900 sq ft and only one bathroom, the Little Red House is not for you. Extra people will be charged $200 per head /per night
