Nice and central apartment in Lund in Kristiansand

The apartment is centrally located in Lund, with a short distance to four different grocery stores (10 min), beach (15-20 min) and nice hiking areas in Jegersberg (15 min). There is bus stop about 300 meters from the apartment where there is a bus to Kristiansand city center (otherwise about 30 min by foot). A drive to Sørlandssenteret or Dyreparken takes about 10-15 minutes. There is a big terrace and a small garden spot by the apartment. Guests have 2 parking spaces. Outlet for EV charger. The space The apartment is about 80 square meters, and is spread over two floors. There is one bedroom downstairs, and two upstairs. In addition, there is a terrace, a small lawn and a garage. Large and spacious kitchen and living room. Guest access We live in the apartment as usual, so some of our things will be in cabinets, drawers, etc., but we also pack away some things, so that guests can put/hang away what they have with them. Other things to note We are a married couple in our early 30s, both teachers. We want to rent to orderly people who will take good care of the place and our things. Parties in the apartment are not allowed. For the sake of the neighbors, it should be quiet outdoors after 11 pm.
