The space The Space: Our spacious three-story villa features four elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and style. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Further two bedrooms are equally luxurious, offering king-sized beds and picturesque views and the forth Bedroom offers a queen-sized Bed. The open-concept living area on the first floor is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It includes comfortable multiple lounge areas, a state-of-the-art 65" home theater system with international TV streaming and video-on-demand, and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with modern appliances. Large windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the airy and welcoming atmosphere. For our business travelers, we have set up an on-site office equipped with a network scanner / printer (24" HD monitor & mouse & Keybord optional). The villa also offers high-speed Wi-Fi connected via Fibre to the Home to ensure you stay connected wherever you are on the premises. Step outside to your private oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, sun loungers, and a shaded dining area perfect for al fresco meals. For added convenience, an elevator provides access to all floors, ensuring accessibility to all areas on all floors without the need to climb stairs. Absolute Uniqueness: Our villa is centrally situated in the first row directly on the ancient Punic War port of Carthage, a UNESCO World Heritage site. All views from the first and second-floor rooms and areas offer a full, unobstructed view of this unique historic landmark, making your stay truly one-of-a-kind. Internet: Wi-Fi Coverage: All spaces in the villa, outdoor areas, the guard's quarter, and the bungalow are fully covered by Wi-Fi. Security: Surveillance System: The villa is secured by a strictly outdoor video surveillance system and a few indoor motion detectors covering the three entrance points on the ground level. Baby Cribs: Up to two baby cribs can be made available upon request at no extra cost. Security Guard: The resident watchman has his own fully equipped condo on the property, separated from the main villa. Aside from his security role, he is also assigned to ensure the maintenance of the pool and the elevator. He is, of course, your first imediate on site contact to ensure your security and peace of mind and will assist you 24/7 in any case of emergency. Additional Options/Services can be mediated upon request (not included in the rental): - Airport Transfer: We can help set up an airport transfer service for your convenience. - Personal Trainer services: We can arrange for yoga, tai chi, fitness, dance, or other personal trainers to come to the villa. Additional Rental Options (Extra Fees Apply): - The Bungalow Option: There is an additional freestanding bungalow on the property, usually used for storage. Upon request, it can be fully equipped to accommodate two extra persons and has its own toilet and shower. Ideal for special occasions, visitors, a personal private security detail, or other co-traveling personnel. - Custom Office/Security Setup: We offer the possibility to adjust the office or security infrastructure to your specific needs with reasonable lead time and negotiable additional fees. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas. Enjoy complete privacy and the freedom to explore all the luxurious amenities our home has to offer. You will have full access to the entire property as described. (the optional freestanding Bungalow only if requested) The main Villa, the outdoor premises, all included (pool, elevator, etc.) All of it will be exclusively at your disposition. And will not be shared with other guests. All the property can be accessed stair-free! Important Note – Gatherings, Noise Disturbance, Liability, and Event Conditions We would like to remind you that the property is located in an exclusive and purely residential neighborhood, inhabited by permanent residents. In this context, local authorities and neighbors enforce zero tolerance regarding noise disturbances and party-like behavior. Therefore, the use of event-related equipment or entertainment (powerful speakers, professional sound systems, DJs, orchestras, etc.) is strictly prohibited, unless prior approval is granted. Small, quiet gatherings are naturally allowed, provided they remain discreet and respectful of the residential environment (limited to 15 to 20 people maximum). However, an event may exceptionally be authorized, subject to strict conditions and a clearly defined surcharge, which must be confirmed before any booking. This surcharge exclusively covers the right to use the villa for event purposes, within the agreed conditions (type of event, number of participants, sound level, start and end times, etc.). Any behavior exceeding the residential framework described above, without prior written consent, will be considered a violation of the rental terms and may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. Finally, please note that the tenant is fully responsible for any damage or missing inventory items, including those caused by their guests. Corresponding costs will be charged.
