We welcome medium to long lets to our 2 bedroom flat in a grade 2 listed building, on Odiham High St. With a gorgeous, spacious open plan living room, airy bedrooms with beams, and a small garden, this space is ideal for families and couples alike. Step outside and you’re next to all the shops, from restaurants, to cafes and a gallery. The Bell & Dragon pub dates to 1540, there's a pizzeria and florist. You also have Medieval alleyways , the fecund Odiham canal and ancient woodlands to explore. The space Situated in the heart of a bustling Odiham the recently renovated two bedroom apartment is not only charming but practical. While it's adorned with artwork, thanks to my wife Chloe, and bespoke designer furniture, the overall feeling is cosy and homely. INSIDE THE PROPERTY The lounge is expansive, with large Georgian windows and plenty of natural light providing a space to relax and dine. The kitchen is simple but well equipped and connects alongside the lounge. If not on a short stay, we have a washing machine downstairs in Chloe's art studio. Both bedrooms are a lovely size with double beds and fresh linen. There is also a really pretty entrance hall where you have a separate working space. It has beautiful exposed beams and further art. For the warm summer months, there is a small wild garden downstairs with BBQ. A selection of Games and Books are available to enjoy. Wifi is full fibre connection, perfect for office workers. OTHER THINGS TO ENJOY IN THE AREA This area is abundant with nature. There's the lush canal down the road, a 10 minute walk maximum, where you can row or paddle board. There are only approximately 200 to 260 chalk streams in the entire world, making them one of the rarest river habitats on Earth. We're proud to say, we have one of these coveted streams in neighbouring village Greywell. For walks and jogs, Odiham Common is stunning too. And for a spa or luxury experience, you can pop to The Four Seasons up the road; many locals use it. Guest access Key box access with pin code so you can arrive late if need be!
