In the heart of a historic monument (12th and 15th century) in Anjou, the castle of Villeneuve offers you a stopover in the "gite du châtelet", 3 stars, to leave an immersion in the Middle Ages. Welcome to this green setting labeled "beautiful garden of the Loire countries". You can enjoy the gardens and 2 terraces (sun / shade). Located in the hills of Layon, you will be near important tourist sites: great castles (Brissac, Angers, Saumur...), Bioparc, Puy du Fou, Loire Valley ... The space In an authentic medieval setting, the accommodation is located near the entrance porch to the main courtyard of the property. It is accessible by an entrance step. It includes a living - dining room with sofa bed, an open equipped kitchen. 2 steps give access to the sleeping area with a bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet. Guest access You have the ground floor of the chatelet and your car can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Other things to note We accept one pet (dog only). If it is a female we can easily keep her with our two female dogs (english setter and labrador) while you go visit sites where animals are not tolerated... We can also accommodate on to four horses in an equipped meadow adjacent to the property (with supplement)
