MOBILITY LEASE ONLY This accommodation is offered exclusively as part of a mobility lease (1 to 10 months) It is intended only for people in a situation of temporary professional or academic mobility: • Students • Trainees • Employees on a mission or professional transfer •Vocational training • Civic service 📄 Proof will be requested before final validation of the rental. 📝 A mobility lease contract will be signed in addition to the reservation The space This apartment includes: - A spacious living room with a sofa bed and an additional mattress for extra comfort. - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. - A bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a large closet, and a balcony. A bathroom with a shower. - A separate toilet. Guest access The apartment is on the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATOR. 🛫 NICE AIRPORT: 45 minutes away: Take Tram Line 2 towards 'Port Lympia' (30 minutes). Get off at the 'Alsace Lorraine' stop and walk for 10 minutes. NICE VILLE TRAIN STATION: 20 minutes on foot. You will have full access to the apartment during your stay. Other things to note Dear guests, Please note that CHECK-IN must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours in advance between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The day before your arrival, we will call you on the number associated with your profile to provide arrival instructions. Please ensure that we can reach you at this number. I will be available by phone, Whats App, and messaging apps 7 days a week. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If needed, you can use Nannybag (online reservation directly on their website) or at My Casa - 56, rue Gioffredo (additional charge). AIRPORT TRANSFER: Available upon prior request (additional charge). The accommodation is NON-SMOKING. Any violation of this rule will incur a €150 charge for cleaning and deodorization. A set of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival, based on one set per bed per stay. If you require an additional set or replacement, please notify me 24 hours in advance. An additional set will be charged at €25. You will find complimentary toiletries for your arrival (soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags). Only one set of keys will be provided. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned in the reservation. Any unauthorized presence will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional guests at a rate of €99 per additional guest per stay. CLEANING FEES cover the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning, please contact me in advance. This additional cleaning will be charged separately. In case of EMERGENCY requiring my intervention, I will be able to enter the accommodation by appointment between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned in the reservation. Any unauthorized presence will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional guests at a rate of €99 per additional guest.
