The space Guesthouse has 1 queen size bed, Lazy Boy recliners, full bathroom with shower, stocked kitchen with cutlery and dishes, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, portable burners. Coffee & tea are provided. WIFI, Smart TV. Towels and toiletries provided. Private, secure, covered, gated off street parking, room for large car/truck and rental golf cart. Just so you know, we live on the property, so we're readily available if you have any questions or need anything. Otherwise, we'll absolutely respect your space and privacy. Feel free to ask us anything – we're here to make your stay fantastic! Please note there are steps to the 1st level entry and stairs to the guest apartment. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed on our premises. Guest access We like to meet our guests to give instructions where to park. For SUV's & Trucks, there is a rear entry into a secure gated driveway. Guests will have a private entrance to the Guesthouse through a keypad leading up to the second floor above the garage in a safe and secure neighborhood.
