A dedicated working space, smart TV, board games and reading materials provide options for all members of the family. Beautiful gardens, a stunning waterfront situated perfectly for sunsets and modern décor, inspired by the view of sailboats on the river, provides a serene and comfortable location for a romantic getaway or peaceful retreat. Minutes away from the West River Falls and gorgeous Taylor Head beach, this location is perfect for short excursions, hiking and family fun at the beach. For guests who ATV or snowmobile, you will be thrilled with the trail options nearby. Parking is available for ‘toy haulers’ upon request. Note that this unit is a basement walkout in the home of the owners. There may be minor noises from the homeowners or their pet, but it is typically very quiet inside and outside. We suggest that ‘our perfect guests’ are those that are looking for a peaceful location and refrain from creating excessive noise. The noise curfew is 10:00pm to 7:00am. The hot tub and kayaks on the property are not included in the rental agreement and are for the owner’s use only. Guest access This two bedroom guest space is a private, self-contained unit with a private entrance. The entrance to the unit is down a sloped driveway. There is one step onto the deck and the rest of the unit, deck and washroom is on a single level. Other things to note • For guests who stay more than one night, a light breakfast and coffee/tea items will be provided for one meal, based on the number of registered guests. The selection will vary; there are no menu options as this is not a catered service. • High speed internet is provided. A SmartTV and a collection of DVDs are available. A dedicated desk area, with monitor, is available. • A collection of family friendly games and a ‘book nook’ are provided. Check out the vacation and maritime province inspired reading materials for all ages. • A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. A local Foodland and NSLC provide convenient access to supplies. The Guidebook provides a list of local places to eat. • Coffee machine & French press provided with a limited supply of coffee and tea. Guests may bring their own selection of K-cup pods if they prefer to use this option. A warm milk frother and tea pot is also available. • Beach items, like a cooler bag, ice packs and lawn chairs will be available for summer visitors. • Children’s dishes are available.
