If it's fully consumed, there won't be hot water available until the next day. We kindly ask you to use it sparingly and plan accordingly. Your cooperation in conserving hot water is greatly appreciated. ★CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT★ CHECK-IN: anytime after 4pm. *EARLY ARRIVAL:The apartment has no storage area outside of the apartment for luggage. Please let us know and we will try to organize for you to drop your luggage after 12pm. CHECK-OUT: anytime up to 11am. We are sorry but we can't keep your luggage after check out time. You can store it in a coin-locker at any train stations. Guest access Feel free to use all the amenities and utilities. Nothing is shared in the apartment. You will not be charged for the shorten or changed dates. ・If it is less than one week before check-in. →Acceptable, however you will be charged for half of the number of days shortened or changed. 【The requests by the Japanese law】 I'll send the guidance of the way to the apartment with photos after I receive your reservation. According to Japanese law, after you have confirmed your appointment, we need you to provide the name, address, Contact (phone number), nationality and passport number of all guests staying this time.
