Hamlet house near river

This peaceful house located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the hamlet offers a relaxing stay in the middle of nature for couples, families or groups of friends. The river is a 10-minute walk along the hiking trail for swimming. Many hiking trails are connected to the one that borders the cottage. The house, made of local stone, retains a good coolness during very hot summers. The space It's an old house furnished with all modern comforts. All rooms are spacious except the small bedroom. The kitchen is new, very modern and functional with large granite countertops for cooking. The bathroom is new, very functional with a masonry shower cubicle suitable for the whole family and tall people. Guest access Our guests enjoy the entire house with its terrace and garage and the possibility of relaxing in our forest. The house is in a secluded location in a hamlet, but all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors) are close by in the village, 5 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot by the trails. Other things to note On site: our hectares of nature, walk with our goats in our forest, river 10 min walk (2 min by car). Kayak rental, paddle on the river and the lake of the water reservoir (dam). Tourism: Albi and Rodez 35 minutes away, picturesque villages and bastides nearby (Cordes sur ciel, Sauveterre de Rouergue).
