Located in the privacy of the Indian Mount gatet community with lots of natural attractions (including lakes) nearby, we provide you with everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation. Fire pit, ping pong table, a lot of table games & more; it's all waiting for you here The space Inside the house you will find: - 2 Wood-burning fireplaces One in the playroom on the first floor Second on living room - Cozy and comfortable living room - A fully functional kitchen that has everything you need for good and tasty cooking and (a completely new coffee section with several types of coffee and tea for every taste - A smart TV in both living rooms - Extra blankets, pillows, and towels - A brand new AC/Heat system for an always a comfortable temperature. ( And in wintertime time you also can use a kerosene heat system or electric wallboard) The outside: We have a beautiful view 🌅 in all seasons ❄️ of the year And will also meet you very nice and pleasant atmosphere in the backyard - Brand new HOT TUBE for 7 people - Perfect WEBER BBQ grill - Table on the back deck for 6 people and an extra chair if you need it - fireplace - A very big playground and a lot of games to have a fun time Guest access The entire home will be solely yours for the duration of your stay. To enjoy these amenities, guests need amenity passes, They’re just $10 per person for your entire stay — a great value that many of our guests appreciate! How to get your amenity passes: • You may purchase them in person at the pool or community office (depending on weather and hours), Also, you can purchase passes when you enter the gate entrance, the security will help you😀 (For more information about the closed or open pools please check the website IMLCA)!!! or • If you prefer a smooth arrival, I’d be happy to pre-order them for you so they’re ready when you check in. Kindly let me know how many passes you’ll need and send the payment at least 2 days before your arrival. -As you stay with us, we kindly request that you treat it as you would your own space. Your care will help us preserve its warmth and beauty for future guests to enjoy. Thank you for being a part of our home's story! - The house is situated within a secure gated community, providing you with peace of mind throughout your stay. Professional security services with 24/7 patrolling ensure a safe and worry-free environment for you and your loved ones. The community has quiet hours after 10 PM. You are welcome to hang out, just please, no loud music or loud noise after that time, !!!!to be respectful of your neighbors!!!!! - No smoking in the house 500$ penalty fee - No eating in the hot tub 200$ penalty fee - We are not providing wood for the fire pit and fireplace, you have to bring it with you Speeding and Fireworks are NOT allowed in IML!!!!!! Important Information: To ensure a smooth check-in process, all bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance so we can notify the community. The guest registration form must be completed and submitted no later than 2 business days before your arrival. Please note that only registered guests will be granted access through the community gate. Any bookings or changes made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur an additional $75 fee. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding! Other things to note Disclosure: There is a security camera monitoring the driveway, side, backyard, and main entrances to the property. In wintertime better to have an AWD OR FWD to your safety ***No other pets other than dogs are allowed. A one-time $60 pet fee will apply should you decide to take your furry friend with you, as the house will need to go through an additional hypoallergenic cleaning process. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed per stay. No exceptions. We strive for our guests to have nothing less than a five-star***** ALSO, YOU HAVE TO KNOW: - The driveway space is max for 7 cars - In wintertime, the garage is not insulated. - Always check the community website for an outdoor pool - You can get access through the gate after you check out - (11am) - We have an extra charge (10$ per person per day) after 6 guests.
