It is located close to the Nantes-Brest Canal (10 min walk and 3 min bike), 30 min from Nantes and 40 min from the sea (nearest). It has a large garden with views of nature (background scenery: the canal and the towers of Blain Castle). The space My house is on one level, it is composed of 4 bedrooms: a master bedroom adjoining a bathroom (shower, sink and laundry room) and a children's area with three bedrooms and a bathroom. Between the two you will find an extra room with a sofa bed and TV. A large living room/kitchen is at the heart of the house with large openings overlooking the terrace and garden.
