Beautiful place by the sea outside Bergen (40 min) - Norway. You have 2 floors with a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You are not sharing the house with anyone else. Linen/towels are provided. The space Great house by the lake with stunning views, and with a beautiful, large outdoor area. Free/included in the stay: pool (unheated), hot tub, gazebo. Sauna and gym are located in the basement, but this is only available if the basement apartment is also rented. There are 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms in the main part (180m2, the 2 top floors), and this is what is included in the stated rental price above. The basement apartment is available for rent as well, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The basement apartment costs NOK 10,000 per week. The house includes all furniture, furnishings and kitchen equipment. We also have life jackets (for adults and children) and a couple of simple fishing rods available for free. It is located by Hjeltefjorden with Øygarden on the other side of the fjord and then open sea. On the island of Herdla there is a golf course with a great view of the sea, zip-lanes, frisbee golf, beaches, seafood restaurant (Biologen. Free-range goats, cows, the richest bird life in the region, bunkers and museums, etc. The area was occupied by the Germans during World War II so there are many memories after the war. Public transport is not good. It's best by car. If you want to have a quiet holiday by the sea in a beautiful place with peace and fresh air - then this is the place! For the children, there are plenty of activities to do with a large trampoline, various ball games, cricket, badminton, swimming, swimming pool, etc. We are traveling away for 8 weeks this summer and therefore rent out our house. When renting the house, exclusive use of the pool and jacuzzi, large terrace, outdoor furniture, and the entire garden area above the barn is included. The rowing house down by the lake is rented out for much of the summer and those who rent there have the right to use the quay area and the area by the volleyball court. We have a crib (crib 0-2 years), Ikea highchair and 2 pieces of triple stair chairs, children's bicycles with support wheels, and cups, dishes, cutlery in plastic for the smallest. Since we have 3 children; 2, 5 and 7 years old, we have a lot of children's equipment available :) l
