We have nice view of the big pool and views of the surronding area from Casa Sol & Casa Luna. A/C in the entire house, bedrooms and living area, fully equipped 2 kitchens, wi-fi, Sky and a 50” flat screen in each house. Guest access Enjoy all the property has to offer. There are 5 friendly horses that you can rent and experience a horse ride as part of the ranch. Please note that the horses are belonging to the ranch and there is a cost to rent the horses. There is also a public bike and walking path from Valladolid to Chichimila in front of the ranch for a great morning walk. Other things to note The main gate to the ranch is manned 24/7. Outside guests are not allowed without previous notification. Smoking is allowed outside the house. If you have pets, we can chat. Please avoid putting paper or other items in the WC as the septic system is very delicate. Each missing/stained bath mat, bath and pool towel has a charge of 500mxn pesos. Each stained (make up, blood, polish, food etc.) sheet and mattress protector has a charge of 500mxn pesos. Bedspread 500 mxn pesos. Pilllow cases 200 mxn pesos. Please do not remove towels and linens from the property. We do not provide towels and linens for use at cenotes and beaches. The trash bin is located in the kitchen and the main trash box is located near the ranch gate. Please do not leave trash outside or accumulate inside the house. It attracts insects. Thank you.
