The house features a spacious living-dining area with an integrated kitchen, large windows offering views of the garden, pool, and lagoon, and the best spot to enjoy sunsets over the water. It also includes a private dock. The property is equipped with central heating through radiant floor heating and air conditioning (cool/heat) in each room. The living room is furnished with a three-seat sofa, a two-seat sofa, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. The dining area has a round table for 8 people and a bar with 4 high stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, blender, hand blender, juicer, toaster, espresso machine, and French press. It also offers full tableware for 12 people, plastic tableware for families with children, and for use in the pool or garden area. For cooking, there’s a set of steel knives, frying pans, a grill, wok, and cookware. In the external gallery, you’ll find an integrated barbecue, utensils for grilling, a provoletera, a wooden table, chairs, garden sofas, and loungers. Close to the dock, in the garden, there’s a fire pit. Additionally, we provide 20-liter bottles of mineral water with a hot/cold dispenser for guest use. The house is equipped with emergency lights for potential power outages and a laundry room with a washing machine, cleaning products, and two clotheslines. We also have blankets for sitting in the garden and two hammocks to hang in the gallery. On the ground floor, there’s a toilet and a bedroom with a work area, a trundle bed (a bed that folds under). On the upper floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a Smart TV, a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with a full closet, have two single beds that can be joined to form a queen-size bed. Both share a full bathroom. The upper floor has a terrace with a table and chairs. The bedrooms feature high-quality sheets, comforters, pillows, and premium towels. We also offer a Carestino crib with sheets for families with babies. The bathrooms have dispensers with neutral shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. Other things to note The neighborhood has playgrounds, one just 100 meters from the house, and a clubhouse with a restaurant, playgrounds, a kiosk, and food trucks. For stays of one month or more, tenants can access the neighborhood's sports facilities.
