Private room for two guests , very comfortable , with good ventilation and also well lit. It features TV with cable , DVDs, and a bedroom with two beds. Located in a central point 30 minutes from the airport, close to Av La Marina and Av Rafael Escardo. Close to private universities (UPC, Catholic) as well as shopping centers such as Open Plaza and Plaza San Miguel. Very quiet area with surveillance 24 hours a day. The space The room is located inside an apartment , guests will have access to a bathroom with shower, cold and hot water. You can also use the apartment lobby. We have a very docile and quiet female pet of small schnauzer breed. During your stay I'm at home during the day until 02:00 pm and then I go to work until 08:00 pm that I return home, still I'm available to answer any questions from guests.
