Newly renovated, my delightful Cornish cottage is positioned in a hamlet, just a mile from Ladock village where you can dine at The Falmouth Arms gastro pub. The cottage is perfectly located for you to access a range of beaches on the north and south coasts. Luxury accommodation sleeps 6. Outside, you are spoilt for choice of garden areas to unwind in including a an enclosed and private hot tub to bubble away under the night sky. The space This luxury cottage combines a blend of old and contemporary comforts. Relax on one of the comfortable chairs or sofa and watch the Smart TV after a day of exploring. Head through the dining area with seating for all and head up three steps into the light and contemporary kitchen, equipped with everything you’ll need for your holiday. From here, you can access the family bathroom. The steep cottage staircase takes you to the king-size and single bedrooms. Three more steps lead to the double bedroom. We had amazing weather which made it even more enjoyable. The neighbours were very friendly and gave us a few notes on places to visit. Other things to note The cottage has low ceilings No smoking Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10pm No parties or events
