The space Welcome to our cozy loft located above a locally owned design-build office, just minutes from the Chautauqua Institution. This comfortable and thoughtfully furnished space offers the perfect blend of convenience and charm for couples, solo travelers, business guests, and Chautauqua visitors. The loft features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, bedroom, full bathroom, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The loft is an open-concept space. There are stairs from the front door up to the main living area housing the living room and kitchen. The bedroom overlooks the living room with stairs down to the full bath. Additionally there are french doors out to the porch (with curtains). Guests also have access to a shared porch, a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. The porch is shared with guests staying in the neighboring rental unit. Please note that the office below is open during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), so you may occasionally hear light activity during the day. Even so, the loft remains a comfortable retreat, with its own separate entrance and dedicated guest space.
