CCTV. * IMPORTANT: 1) Only available for rent with its own generator, since APR/22 (no power outage). 2) Enter the correct number of guests. In case of error, there may be an additional charge or cancellation of the accommodation. The space Separate charges for electricity and gas consumption. Meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out. The amount is only that of the KWh or liter of gas, plus taxes. Tips: the biggest consumer of electricity is the sauna; as for gas, fireplaces and supplementary heating to solar (dispensable, as solar serves well most days) are the biggest consumers. Optional: - hiring the caretaker to operate equipment, prepare your barbecue, make external purchases and do the general cleaning (I recommend this, at least for part of the period). Daily rate of R$ 250, with the possibility of a package deal for the entire period. - consumption of selected wines from our cellar (award-winning labels starting at R$ 100) and drinks available in the gourmet space (premium beers, soft drinks, coconut water, juices, mineral water, etc.); - cook and housekeeper - I recommend a professional with a daily rate of R$ 250, and a package can be arranged for the entire period. Other things to note IMPORTANT: 1) After booking, please provide vehicle and driver identification data for immediate access to the condominium. 2) The number of guests on the reservation is verified at check-in. Avoid inconvenience. 3) Damage to the property or its utensils will be promptly charged. Use it at will, but as if you were at home. 4) Our house is for your leisure, rest and integration with your family. It is not for events or parties. It's our mountain home, not a party house. Loud music at any time of day will result in immediate termination of the stay. If there is a complaint in the condominium, there will be a charge to the guest. 5) We will welcome you to our home with all our affection and with the house fully sanitized. Keep that in mind and give back by returning the property well maintained.
