Located close (30 to 45 min) to the majestic sites of the Gorges du Tarn, Aubrac, Millau Viaduct, Soulages Museum, Lévezou Lakes. The villages of Laissac and Sévérac-le-Château are 10 minutes away and provide access to all services and shops. This home is ideal for organizing family vacations in a tranquil and natural setting. The space Ground floor: 140 m2. It consists of two parts: 1 living area and a sleeping area. Living area: A large open room serving as a dining room, living room and office. This space communicates through a bar to the kitchen area with table and adjoining pantry. Sleeping area: - 1 single bedroom with 1 double bed (140) + adjoining shower room. - 2 single bedrooms: bedroom 1: 1 bed 2 Pers (140), bedroom 2: 1 bed 2 Pers (140), - 1 bathroom with bathtub. - 1 WC. - Laundry room.
