A bright ground-level 1bdrm suite with all you need for a vacation or work trip! Close to RRU, VGH, JIBC, amazing trails and beaches! The suite is quiet and clean, renovated in 2023. It is open concept with a full kitchen and small seating area - the couch pulls out to a double bed. Full in suite laundry & full bathroom. The bedroom is separated by sliding barn door & has queen bed with 4 drawers and a closet. There is a lovely outdoor space with bistro table. We look forward to hosting you! The space This is a family home on a 9000sq ft property. We are a family of 4 living upstairs with our giant cat. Close to Royal Roads University; Justice Institute Langford location and VGH for students and travel nurses! It is a short drive or a 30 min walk to the Esquimalt Lagoon; a bus stop a few steps from the door; close to restaurants; grocery stores and more. The suite is quiet, and walls have sound-proofing. You have your own private entrance, with a patio. In a quiet and safe neighbourhood, enjoy the fully fenced back yard, bird song, and garden. If you would like access to the gym shed (not insulated or heated, but a space to weight lift at your own risk) - Please advise us so we can coordinate times of use for you! You can park in the driveway or on the street. We get a lot of deer - so please keep gates closed or they will feast on the garden :) Please do not use the pool! Sorry - it’s for family use only. Guest access You have the one bedroom suite with full kitchen, laundry and bathroom (with a tub and shower) to yourself! You are welcome to enjoy patio outside your door and the yard which is a shared space. Absolutely NO smoking on the property. Thank you Other things to note If you require the sofa bed to be setup - please let us know in advance. There is a $15 flat fee for the additional bed / laundering etc. If you would like access to the gym shed - please let us know so we can coordinate timing of use with you. We have a large cat that lives upstairs and dog guests on the property occasionally! They are never in the suite (if the cat tries to convince you otherwise, please politely tell him no !) so as to ensure no pet hair / allergens for guests.
