Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun and enjoyment. Here you live close to both the city center and the sea. Large lovely garden with trampoline, and barbecue facilities. The evening sun warms you well and here you can enjoy the terrace until late at night. Inside, you will find large lounges with a large dining table and fireplace. Good bus connections. Gothenburg is 50 minutes away by car and the well-known shopping center Gekås is 20 minutes away. The space Two-story house with 4 bedrooms close to the city center, nature area and the sea. On the lower floor, there is an open floor plan between a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and social areas. There is a toilet with shower and a bedroom with double bed (180 cm). On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms with single beds in each (90 cm), in two of the bedrooms there is also a sofa bed with room for two children or an adult. (There is also an inflatable mattress (140 cm)). There is also a toilet with shower. TV and sofa are available on both floors (Sofa is not used for sleeping). Wi-Fi is included. Outside the kitchen you will be met by a large terrace with barbecue facilities. On the terrace there is a dining table and sofa facing south. Private garden with trampoline and swings. Toys, games and books are plentiful. Bed linens and shower towels are not included. Rough cleaning (always done by the guest) and Major cleaning is also taken care of by the guest himself, there is the possibility to buy the service (then a fee of SEK 1500 is taken and the guest needs to notify this in good time, not at short notice). If you want more beds than what is given in the ad, you can bring your own mattresses. There's plenty of room. Bed linens and towels are not included. Guest access Guests have access to the wardrobe in the hall on the lower floor. Closets, garages and storage rooms are locked spaces. Dining chair for children is available. This house is our primary residence so there will be everyday items in cabinets etc. Other things to note The villa is non-smoking. Parties are not allowed.
