You'll find this well maintained home conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just a couple minutes from up-town Maumee and less than ten minutes from downtown Toledo, you will find a plethora of actives from sporting events, metro parks, theaters, museums, bars, restaurants, etc. This two bedroom house includes a comfy couch where you can kick back and stream your favorite shows on a smart tv with very fast wifi. When its bedtime there is a queen bed & full bed in the bedrooms. There is also two full baths with towels, wash cloths, & makeup cloths which will suite yours needs weather your a solo traveler or traveling with 5. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with all of your cooking needs from pots, pans, bowls, dishes, silverware, crockpot, and most importantly Keurig coffee machine! We will supply enough k-cups and dish soap to get you started The house also has a very nice screened in sunroom with seating off the back of the house. You will also have access to a washer and dryer for those that need to do laundry while away. We will supply enough tide pods to do a couple loads! Upon arrival you will find a double wide drive way with ample space so you don't have to worry about street parking. Come and enjoy your stay at comfy home with plenty of things to do in the area!! Guest access You will have access to the entire unit and prior to arrival you will receive a unique door code to unlock the back door. Other things to note Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or in the sunroom. No parties or large gathers and be respectful towards neighbors..Please pick up after your pet. Any violation of above could result in a fee. Check-in is 3p Check-out is 11a Late checkout/ early check-in would be considered for a fee if available. *A small dog will be consider and would have a $25 fee per pet.
