The space The Factory Loft is on the second floor of a historic building in downtown Lafayette. The kitchen, dining room, and living space are all open and provide plenty of seating and space for relaxing. Exposed brick, modern art, tin lofted ceilings, and unique furnishings will make your stay lovely and memorable. One bedroom features a king size bed, oversized mirror, chandeliers, and a spa-like en suite. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, a fun neon sign, and a full bath directly adjacent. Guest access Common areas of the building are shared with other residents and being mindful of noise in all parts of the building is very important. Noise is monitored in the loft, but sound travels in all stairwells and halls and we want to be incredibly considerate of our neighbors and their comfort.
