A bright private room a few steps from downtown.

Hi! We are Mingo and Claudia, and if you come to visit us this is what you will find: Our house has shared spaces, with us, and eventually with other guests. This room is private and has a double bed and a window to the street The bathroom is located next to the bedroom, and is shared with other guests. We have two dogs (Tamara and Helga) The space We invite you to use all the areas shown in the photos, which are the kitchen, the living room and its wonderful stove, the patio with its grill, and if you like to come with children we have a small corner of toys in the patio. Guest access Property access is shared. Keys are provided to enter and exit whenever you like. During your stay We will always be available to inform you about different walks that you can take in and out of the city, as well as to invite you, if you wish, to a good exchange talk, either by the fireplace or at the barbecue. Other things to note The accommodation has spaces that are shared: kitchen, living room, patios, barbecue. The front door to the house is shared. A key is provided to each guest, so they can come and go with complete freedom. The key to the private room is also given to the guest at check-in.
