Remember that in booking, you are booking (1) one bunk bed ONLY. For one bed, the maximum allowed individuals are (2) two people. We take pride in ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. We provide various levels of amenities to ease your stay, and allow you to enjoy a relaxing experience. We ask for mutual respect as we provide an inexpensive room for your stay. This is the perfect place for professionals who are traveling, or just anyone looking for a comfy place to stay. Whether brief, or long term, we are here to accommodate you! There are absolutely no refunds when booking with Madame V. Remember that in booking, you are booking one bunk bed ONLY. For one bed, the maximum allowed individuals is two people. If you happen to need more space, consider booking another bed to maximize your comfortability. Any guest who books for more than THREE days or makes an alteration request for a longer stay must clean after themselves at all times. Treat it as if this were your own home. Remember that this is someone's home, and we all have bills to pay. We understand The Bay Area is expensive and for that reason is we are the lowest priced rooms in town (Vallejo/Napa). Here are a few house rules that will help assist me in providing excellent hospitality for you and guests to come: Lights: Please turn off ALL lights anywhere in the home if you are not immediately using them. We ask that you do not keep lights on overnight. If lights are left on (inactive) for more than 5mins host will turn them off for you (we understand you may forget) Rooms: SHARED ROOM Be mindful of your noise level after 10pm We need to ensure everyone is able to enjoy a good night's rest Since we have a wide variety of professionals in the home (working overnight/9-5 or vice versa) Be aware of your personal noises on your persons/devices (use headphones during the day/night and keep your voices at an appropriate level) Long Term Guest: Be mindful we are not responsible for your belongings. Keep all personal items in the space provided or in your car. We have closet space and drawers underneath beds. Keep luggage/suitcases in closets and be sure to keep a path to beds CLEAR at all times. Laundry Service is available for a fee if needed for dirty clothes (ask for a bag to keep out of sight). PRIVATE ROOMS Your room key will be either in a lockbox, in your room waiting for you, or given to you by the host. You have booked a private room but still must share the bathroom. Make sure to understand this prior to booking. Keep all personal toiletries with you at all times. Leave keys in the room (visible for host to see) or put them back into lockbox when you're checking out. Long Term Guest: Keep all personal items in the space provided or in your car. We have closet space and drawers underneath beds. Laundry Service is available for a fee if needed for dirty clothes (ask for bag to keep out of sight). Bathroom: When taking a shower please be mindful there is only ONE bathroom. Keep showers 15mins or less Do NOT remove hair drain when showering (allowing your hair to go down the drain) It clogs our drains and causes it to drain slowly RATHER After shampooing please collect your hair and throw it into trash Keep bathroom clean at all times Sweep hair from floor after you brush/comb it Rinse shower down after each use If you shave please make sure to wipe all hairs from the counter Kitchen: Please help out and recycle, we have bins/boxes labeled for easy disposal. Turn off water faucet after each use. Wash all dishes after each use If you cook, please wipe down all areas used Mark all foods (dry storage and fridge) You have all access to anything labeled "Guest Use Only" Common Area (living room): Since the sofa is offered as a listing be mindful if a guest has booked it Keep the TV volume down after 10pm Use headphones if multiple guests are in the room at once Smokers Section (outside): Since NO smoking is allowed We have provided a smoker's section on the side of the house (ask host to show you) Table, Chairs, & Ashtray provided Parking: Street Parking is available (if you cannot find one immediately in front look further down the street) No parking on the driveway at any time We are a great location for working professionals looking for reasonable prices to stay (for any occasion), or families looking to have a weekend of fun at Six Flags. During your stay, you have access to: kitchen space, bathroom, living room, outside area/smoking section.
